Biography:

I received a PhD in Cognitive Science at the University of Siena (Italy) in 2011. In 2011 I was granted a Marica De Vincenzi fellowship for post-doctoral research at the University of Reading (UK). My research interests include first language acquisition in typically developing and language impaired children, and second language acquisition in children and adults. I am additionally interested in theoretical linguistics, and in particular in syntax. My work at CLS investigates grammatical processing and sentence parsing in monolingual and bilingual adults.
