Biography:
My work focuses on the storage and retrieval of morphologically complex words, and the consequences of these processes for the phonetic realization and perception of these words. At Penn State I will be looking at how subphonemic cues to upcoming morphemes are used in perception in various languages, and how bilinguals, who have access to multiple systems of subphonemic cues, make use of them.
